Hello hello, so so glad you are coming to our magical beautiful ethereal willow tree wedding!!!!!
Because of the stunning uniqueness of our venue there are some things you may want to be aware of :)
How far apart are the Ceremony and Reception?
a short and sweet 25 minute drive!
How much time is there between the ceremony and reception?
About 2 hours! (3-5pm) we have some recommendations of things to do around Paxton/Gibson City area in the "things to do" tab as well, as there will be an appetizer hour at the reception beginning at 4:15pm
What is the bathroom situation at the Ceremony?
I'm so glad you asked. Since we will only be there for the ceremony and pictures (if you are part of the bridal party/family) there will be one portable toilet available as well as a gas station about a 5 minute drive away. While these aren't ideal we ask that you come prepared and make the best of if for the hour we are by the beautiful willow tree lake!
What is the Bathroom situation at the Reception?
The GCBC church building will be open starting at 4pm as well as the entire time of the reception. Although the reception will (weather permitting) be outside, feel free to access the indoor space if you need A/C or a bathroom at any time!
Will there be an open bar?
Since our reception is graciously hosted by GCBC we are not able to have alcohol, however there will be many non alcoholic drink options :)
