What began as admiration from a far was cultivated by a friend. Daniel knew of Chanel from a local brand they both worked with, 3up2up, and its founder. Daniel expressed his interest in Chanel through his friend, which led to Daniel showing up to her work to ask Chanel on a date... a fairy tale from there right?

NO! Chanel told him no, but at least gave him a discount (haha).

Fast forward a few years later and Daniel and his family started Pita Pit, where they needed great workers. Daniel knew Chanel worked extremely hard and just wanted hard workers to be on the team, right? (haha, AGAIN)

Daniel asked Chanel multiple times if she would join the team at a part time position to help them through the beginning phases of the business. A friendship blossomed that became a relationship, and they haven't looked back since!
