Danny and Jolie first met when they were in the fifth grade at MEI. Through middle school and high school they were good friends and got to know each other very well. Things changed in grade twelve, and sparks started to fly! Danny asked Jolie to prom and she said yes. Then two days later on a trip to Starbucks during school, Danny asked Jolie out for their first date in Fort Langley, and the rest is history!

After graduating high school, Danny and Jolie did long distance for four months as they parted ways to go to different Bible schools in Australia and New Zealand. At the end of the long distance, they got to travel together alongside friends which sparked a continuous love for travel and adventures together.

Eventually, after dating for over two amazing years, Danny popped the question at a beautiful lookout and got a big yes!
