While you're here, you can click on the RSVP section of this website and do so online. Otherwise, you should receive an RSVP card with your invitation. You can scan the QR Code on the card and RSVP that way. The last option would be to fill out the RSVP card and mail it back to us with your response.

Yes. Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025 so we can properly accommodate everyone. If you are mailing in your response, please take into account a two week period for when we'd receive your card.

Once you RSVP online, the details will become available on the Home Page. However, here are some specifics: The ceremony will take place at the Chapel at Santa Maria del Popolo. PLEASE NOTE: There will be limited seating at the ceremony due to the small space. The reception will be at The Lodge at the Thunderhawk Golf Club. The details and addresses for both will be on your invitation as well.

There is parking at both locations. Once again, due to the size of the ceremony space, there will be limited parking. Since the reception is a golf club, we will be parking amongst its members.

While it is a golf club, there is a designated space we are allowed to walk out to. We are not permitted to go out on the golfing field itself. We must remain in the space of The Lodge.

We will have a buffet available at dinner, and we will be serving traditional Mexican cuisine. If you have any dietary restrictions or food allergies, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

We will be offering water and soft drinks, and wine will be available during dinner. We will have a bartender onsite and all we ask is that you tip them. PLEASE NOTE: ANY AND ALL ALCOHOL MUST BE SERVED BY THE BARTENDER.

Yes, any household we've invited that have children are welcome to bring them. During dinner, we'd like to keep families seated together. However, once it's over we will have a section available just for the kids.

Yes, we will have kid friendly options like chicken nuggets and pizza. And, as stated before, we will have soft drinks and water available to drink.

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate the number of guests noted on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

No, if you are able to find the same items more affordable elsewhere you do not have to purchase them directly from the registry. The only items we would want exactly the same are the ones flagged as favorites and most wanted.

Absolutely! Cash and Cards are welcome, we will have a designated box available at the reception.

While we encourage guests to take their own photos and videos, we ask that you please refrain from posting anything on any social media. We will have the option to do photo share amongst guests. Please do not share any photos of us or the event without our consent online.

Beach Park Police will be present at the venue due to alcohol being served at the event. This is for everyone's safety. Please drink responsibly so the party can go on uninterrupted!

Yes, the following is directly from the venue: Guests are required at all times to act in an orderly and respectable manner. Children must be supervised at all times. There is a no-tolerance policy regarding the following actions: • Fighting • Providing liquor to underage minors • Use of drugs • Carrying in alcohol from personal automobiles • Carrying weapons or firearms • Defacing building or equipment . Evidence of any of these activities will result in the immediate end of the event.
