It all began on December2, 2021, when fate (and the military) brought us together at basic training. He was in Bravo Co., and I was in Alpha Co., proudly carrying the guidon. Though we were in different companies, our first path crossed there.

Fast forward to Austin, TX, where we reunited during JRSOI. From there, we were both sent to South Laredo, stationed at Camp Walker. Somewhere between long days and military routines, something special sparked between us.

On February 24, 2022, we officially started our journey as a couple. Six months later, he gave me a promise ring as a symbol of the love and commitment we already knew was meant to last.

Then, on May 14, 2024, during his birthday trip to Miami, Florida, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was the perfect moment, and of course, I said Yes!

Now, we're counting down the days until, we say I do! Our little family family wouldn't be complete without our four furry companions: Chato, Kiko, Lola and Frida ( three adorable pugs and one tiny but mighty Yorkie). They've been part of our journey, and we can't wait to start this next chapter together with them by our side.
