The rooms we show on our booking website are the rooms we have blocked for our guests. However there are other types of room available at the hotel that you may book. If you have one you preferred you may reach out to our wedding coordinator and book the room under our wedding so that you may get our wedding discount. Contact information for Ulises if provided in the previous question.

The final day to book a room in January 24th, 2024. We recommend booking the room way before so that you may apply deposits to you room. The following are important dates to know for deposits. 1st deposit: To hold your room we will need a deposit of $150 USD per room. 2nd deposit: $200 USD per person due by January 25th, 2024. A link will be sent for the second deposit so please watch for the email! Final payment: The remaining full balance will be due by March 14th, 2024. Another link will be sent out for this deposit as well. Please look at your email!

From the time of booking to January 24th, 2024, your deposit is refundable.*** Please note that the insurance fee is non-refundable*** From January 25th, 2024 to March 13th, 2024, first and second deposit fees are non-refundable. There are also penalties for reducing the number of nights or people in the room. From March 14th, 2024 to your Travel Date, any room cancelation will result in a 100% penalty per room.

- The hotel has 7 restaurants to dine in. This resort is all inclusive so meals and drinks are free. It is best to reserve a time for a restaurant that catches your attention as soon as you get there.
