Are Kids Invited?
We love your kids. We really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! We hope this doesn't create a hassle for you as we just want you to relax and have fun with us! But we don't want kids to stop you from coming, so please let us know!
Can i bring a date?
If your invitation says "and Guest", then yes , if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
what should i wear?
we would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! we are requesting semi-formal dress code. This means cocktail, semi-formal or formal dresses.
Please no white clothing, daytime/informal dresses, or jeans
is there a gift registry?
Yes! Your presence at our wedding is a gift in itself, but if you feel inclined to give more , please contribute to our registry located on our website
when is the rsvp deadline?
Please rsvp by August 5th.
Can i take photos during the ceremony?
we are having an "unplugged" ceremony ( no phones or cameras.) the greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us so please allow them to do their best work. After the ceremony , feel free to take as many photos or videos as you'd like. Please use our hashtag #doingthedanthing to share your photos
Where can i park?
Our ceremony is located in downtown san Jose, there is a parking garage located on West san Fernando called the Fairview Plaza parking garage, it is about a 2 minute walk from the cathedral. There is also a parking garage located a bit further down the street on Market and that one is called the Market and San pedro Square garage, this is about a 5 min walk from the cathedral.
