Are airport transfers included?

Yes, roundtrip airport transfer from Providenciales International Airport (PLS) to Beaches Turks & Caicos is included. It's only a 15-minute ride, so sit back and relax. Before arriving, you will need to fill out your flight information so there is transport waiting for you upon your arrival.

How is the Providenciales International airport?

We would recommend leaving the resort at least 3 hours prior to your flight when departing as there can be major delays within the small airport getting through customs. Sunday/Monday are the busiest days. You can purchase "fast track" which allows you to cut to the very front of the customs line when arriving and departing. There is limited air conditioning, dress appropriately. All boarding passes must be printed (this can be completed upon arrival at the airport).

Are tips and gratuity included? How much cash should I bring?

Yes, all gratuities are included and tips are not accepted by any staff on the Beaches resort team/staff. However, if you are staying in a butler room category, please note that butlers are allowed to accept gratuities for their exceptional service (at your discretion). You will not need any cash while on property. However, if you are planning to travel off property for shopping and such, we recommend bringing some cash along as some vendors do not accept credit cards or travelers checks. All of the islands accept US dollars, but please note that you may receive change in the local currency. Additionally, you may want to carry small bills to tip luggage attendants at the airport and airport transfer drivers outside of the resort.

When is check in and check out?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before check-in, we'll hold your luggage so you can begin your all-inclusive vacation right away. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If your flight departs later, you can enjoy the amenities of the air conditioned departure lounge which includes changing facilities with showers, sofas and TVs. Are nanny services/strollers/cribs available?

Our Kids Club provides certified nannies free of charge during operation hours. We have facilities for kids of all ages, from infants to teens. If you need the services of a nanny after the camp closes, arrangement can be made at the resort for an additional hourly cost.

How can I get around the resort if I don't want to walk?

There are golf carts available for transfer from each village, just go to the closest village's lobby and request one.

Can I make reservations for dining prior to travel?

Reservations are only accepted at the hibachi restaurant, Kimonos. If desired, this can be completed once checked in on resort property. Reservations are not accepted at any other dining restaurant.
