Q + A

What is the dress code?

Dress to impress! But really, just be comfortable and ready to boogie.

Will there be an open bar?

No, unfortunately not. We will have beer, seltzers and champagne. But, feel free to BYOB

What is parking like at the venue?

Parking is somewhat limited. We ask that you able-bodied persons leave the close parking spots for the elderly/disabled. Once all parking is taken near the venue, guests will be directed to park along the road. There will be an attendant/s to direct you and also offer shuttling down the long driveway. For guests staying at the Red Lion Grand Hotel, there is the option to shuttle. (Maybe grab a road beer..?)

Where to RSVP?

You can RSVP right here on our website, by mailing back the RSVP card sent with the invitation or by texting with either a picture of the filled out card or just your information with number of guest attending (208-301-7773)

When to RSVP by?

We are asking for you to send us your response by April 1, 2025. This way we have adequate time to adjust for any changes.

Hotel blocks?

I did reserve a small block at the Red Lion Grand Hotel. There are also numerous other lodging option available in Lewiston. As mentioned before, there is a shuttle service offered to guest of the Red Lion.

Will there be food?

Obviously! We will be having the option of bite size or chicken with garlic parmesan cream sauce for the main course. Mac-n-cheese, green salad, roasted potatoes, hot veggies, fruit and rolls are available for sides. And for your sweet tooth we will be having a dessert bar with multiple goodies to choose from.

Where to find our wedding registry?

You can find a link here on our website or by looking us up on Amazon. Danielle Batey and Steven Bergan's Wedding Registry https://www.amazon.com/wedding/registry/2WIQ99DCLXK42

How early should you arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Our ceremony is set to begin at 4:00PM. I would allow 30 minutes to ensure there is enough time to park and enter the venue. But who am I kidding? I’m always late. So, maybe don’t take my advice! 🙃

Photos?

We would love to see any photos you might take of our day! I’m working on setting up a QR code that will allow you to upload your photos to a shared album so we can enjoy them too. Or you can just text a copy or tag us in them or keep them for yourself.
