Please RSVP and book your travel with Maria by April 30th, 2025. After this date, you can still book, but the group rates for the resort and flight may change. If you don't mind losing out on the group rate, we will accept RSVPs until September 12, 2025.

Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the venue on the day of the wedding. In the evening, shuttles will depart for the hotel at two different times to accommodate little ones.

We plan to send out an outline of events we will host throughout the week. Nothing is mandatory, but we would love to spend as much time with everyone as possible! We have already pencilled in a euchre tournament, tennis/pickleball, beach volleyball (of course), golf, and other events at the resort!

The wedding venue is completely outside, we will have a covered area if the weather requires it.

We’d love for our guests to embrace the spirit of our celebration by wearing fun colours and elevated, elegant attire. Think semi-formal with a lively touch—flowy cocktail dresses or eveningwear, suits or slacks with sport jackets. Most importantly, wear something you feel amazing in! 🌿✨ Please avoid high or pointy heels as the venue's ground is uneven.

The average high is 27 degrees Celsius, and the low is 22. It is dry season, so it likely will be sunny most days with a slight chance of rain as it is still the tropics!

We will be outside, so bring your sunglasses & sunscreen. And maybe a bathing suit & towel for a post-dance dip in the pool!
