There will be a shuttle bus to the venue for guests from the hotel starting at 4pm until 5pm. The shuttle bus will be available to transport guests back to the hotel from 9pm until 1130pm.

Yes, there is an elevator at the venue. Also there is a veranda that overlooks the ceremony site for those who cannot walk down the steps to the courtyard.
