Danielle and Tommy met on the first day of track practice when they were both freshman at The College of New Jersey. Tommy asked Danielle on their first date on August 1, 2016; they enjoyed Tacos at Riviera Maya and then saw Finding Dory at the movie theatre. Tommy officially asked Danielle to be his girlfriend on September 1, 2016 and the rest is history!

Through the years Danielle and Tommy have made many fun memories together, including vacations to St. John, Aruba & Barbados, trips to Costco for $1.50 hot dogs, and adopting their cat Hudson and their dog River. On September 16, 2023, just 2 weeks after their 7 year anniversary, Tommy proposed to Danielle on the Jersey City Waterfront, where they have been living together for the past 2 years.
