The attire is cocktail/semi-formal. Dress to impress!

While we love your little ones, we want to provide parents with a night out to themselves! Unless their name is included on your invitation, kids are not invited due to capacity restrictions.

We kindly ask our guests not to bring a plus one unless they are indicated on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

There is Lyft/Uber available in the area. If you do not plan on using those services, please carpool or have a designated driver for transportation back to your room after the wedding is over. If you are having trouble finding a driver, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at (585) 441-4541 so we can help make arrangements. Drinking and driving will not be tolerated.

The Tee and Gee Bar (across from The Rodeway Inn) will be open until 12am. Please coordinate with a designated driver to get your group back to your hotel if you are going to the bar, but not staying at the Rodeway.

The main course(s) will be BBQ chicken and pulled pork. Sides include salt potatoes, macaroni salad, pasta, Caesar salad, and rolls. Jackfruit BBQ will also be available as a vegan/vegetarian option.

There will be a cash bar. While soda will be available at the bar, water and lemonade will be complimentary for guests.

Yes - there will be plenty of parking directly at the venue. Cars are also allowed to be left overnight for anyone who will be carpooling back to their hotel. They need to be picked up by 12pm on Sunday.

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.
