two young kids met at a bar in 2016 (the old fashioned way). Left unattended by their mutual friends, they started talking, and have not gone a day without talking ever since. Dani had applied for graduate school that spring and was planning on moving to Oregon at the end of the summer. They planned on making the most our summer together, knowing that that they would likely go their separate ways once Dani moved out west. One month into Dani’s time in Oregon, Nate came out to visit for the weekend. As fate (or stubbornness) would have it, I love yous were exchanged, and they decided to make this long distance thing work. And it was exactly that - work. Luckily, Nate adopted Rigby, their pitbull (aka lil pig) to keep him company while Dani was away. Two years later, Nate moved Dani home to Buffalo, taking their time to have a magical cross country road trip. Ever since, they have been working hard together, to build a life that they are truly proud of. In September 2021, Nate popped the question on a mountaintop in Vermont. Dani thought they were just going on a hike with Nate and his old college friend, who just happened to bring his professional camera and drone with him. Of course, she said yes and no, she didnt suspect a thing! We are so excited for you to join us as we say I do at our wedding in September 2023. See you soon!
