I am not a good storyteller but here it goes..... It was Monday December 18, 2017. We planned to go to The Zoo Lights with a group of friends. Since it was a Monday, I had just got off of work and decided I should probably change into something warmer since it was 40ish degrees outside. We get to Zoo Lights and start walking around. I noticed Bennett grabbing a map of the Zoo. I thought it was strange that he was studying the map but I knew that he would NEVER propose in front of a large group of people. Boy was I wrong!&nbsp;

We get under the Tunnel of Lights. I told Bennett that this would be a pretty place for a picture. (Little did I know, he was trying to find this spot all along.) He seemed really hesitant when I asked him to take a picture, which was not like him. I guess all our friends caught on that he was nervous because they started taking pictures under the Tunnel of Lights to distract me. Finally, Bennett says he is ready to take a picture. We walk under the Tunnel of Lights and start to take the picture. Bennett said, "Wait, there are people behind us." Well, naturally, I turn and look at the people behind us. Once they move, I turned back around and there was Bennett on one knee asking me to marry him in front of some of our closest friends. I will never forget that moment and I will cherish that feeling forever.
