What day are we to arrive at Moon Palace Cancun?
The arrival date for the wedding is April 27th, 2024.
Are food and drinks included in our stay?
Yes, all food and drinks are covered on the resort during your stay. There are a few select high end liquors and menu items that carry an additional room charge, and those are clearly outlined.
Can I visit other Palace Resorts properties during my stay?
Yes, your all-inclusive wristband will gain you entry to any Palace property during your stay, and your all-inclusive status will carry over during that visit.
Are special dietary requests able to be met?
Yes, we recommend reaching out to the resort ahead of time in addition to downloading the Palace Resorts app and speaking with your concierge. They will work with you to tailor your dining experiences to meet your needs. You will also be able to update your guest profile within the Palace Resorts app, allowing the employees to see your needs in real-time.
Is transportation from the Cancun Airport to Moon Palace Cancun included?
Yes, you will need to coordinate with the concierge your flight as well as its arrival in Cancun. There will be an individual with a sign with your name on it waiting for you at the airport exit.
How long is the transportation from Cancun Airport to Moon Palace Cancun
Depending on traffic, 15-25 minutes.
What day is the wedding ceremony?
The wedding ceremony will take place on May 2nd, 2024.
When is the end of the wedding week?
The week will conclude with room check-out on May 4th, 2024. If additional days in Cancun are desired, let us know and we can have that accomodated.
What travel documents are required for this trip?
You must have a valid US Passport to board a flight from the US to Cancun and to board from Cancun back the the United States. Passport turnaround times are currently delayed, with expedited requests being processed approximately in 7-10 weeks and standard requests in 12-15 weeks. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to obtain your necessary passports if needed. All parties in your group, including minor children will require passports.
Are there any COVID restrictions on the resort?
No, you will not be asked to wear a mask or do any COVID testing at this time during the duration of this trip. Although this is subject to change, that seems extremely unlikely.
If we can’t go?
Don’t worry!! We will be having a party back in Massachusetts sometime in the fall to celebrate with anyone who can’t make it to Mexico!
