What is the best way to RSVP?
Once you receive your invitation please RSVP by July 31st on this website.
Will the wedding be indoors or outside?
All events will take place indoors with the air conditioning!
What time should I get to the ceremony?
Doors will open for guests starting at 4:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. Please allow time for travel as traffic may be heavy crossing the river with it being Labor Day weekend.
Do I have a "plus one"?
Your invitation will state your name + guest for all that have a plus one.
Are children invited?
Yes, due to limited space invitations accommodating children will include “and family”. Any little ones less than 6 months old who will not need a seat do not need to be RSVP’d for. Please let Josh or Danielle know if you will need a kids meal or high chair.
What does the kids meal include?
Chicken tenders, mac & cheese, applesauce and a juice box.
I have a food allergy, may I make a special request?
Yes! Please contact Josh or Danielle so we can add an allergy friendly meal.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! The Cincinnati Club is attached to the Garfield street garage and is free for our guests. There will be signage at the front of the garage encouraging guests to park on level 5A. This is the level that connects with the club.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there are elevators from the parking garage to the Cincinnati Club.
Is transportation provided to and from the venue?
No we do not have a shuttle however there is parking connected to the Club. If you decide stay downtown there are several hotels that are walking distance as well. Otherwise, Uber and Lyft are available just keep in mind they will be popular options being Labor Day Weekend.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have room blocks at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport hotel and TownePlace Suites, please see the travel section for more information. Please note you must reserve a room before the deadline to get the discounted rate.
Will there be a time gap between your ceremony and reception?
No, we will go straight into cocktail hour followed by the reception.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Yes but we ask that you are mindful of our professional photographers, no flash and keep clear of the aisle please!
Do you have a wedding registry?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for but if you would like to honor us with a gift, we are registered at Crate&Barrel, Amazon, and Target!
