We can't thank you enough for choosing to celebrate our big day with us in Mexico! We have chosen to host our wedding at theExcellence Coral Playa Mujeres Resort in Cancun, Mexico - A luxury 5 star all-inclusive adult only resort located in the private and gated community of Playa Mujeres just north of the Cancun International Airport. All wedding festivities will be located on the property.

Our Story

WELCOME!Our wedding will be at the new Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres Resort, a modern and luxury adult only resort, 30 minutes north of the Cancun International Airport.The resort is all-inclusive and adult only! All meals, snacks and drinks (including alcohol), are included and unlimited. There will be 15 restaurants, 9 bars and lounges and 24-hour room service. There will also be plenty of daily activities and nightly entertainment for you!There's also a strict dress code when dining at certain restaurants. Please visit the Excellence website for more details. All wedding festivities will be on the property.

Travel

AIRPORT

When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is approximately 30 minutes north of the airport. Search for the best flight deals on sites like Google Flights, Hopper, SkyScanner, etc but book your flight on the actual airline's website.Please book the flight that works best with your schedule. We highly encourage guests to arrive by Thursday July 24, 2025 to join in on all the wedding events.The wedding ceremony is on Friday July 25, 2025. If you arrive before check-in time, you can use all the amenities which include pools, restaurants, activities etc. Pack a small bag with swimwear and other necessities to utilize at the resort while you wait for your room to be ready. The lobby will hold your luggage for you and keep it safe until your room is ready.

TRANSPORTATION

Private transportation to and from the airport is complimentary when you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promocode. The transportation company, Seasons Tours, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Seasons will provide 1 roundtrip complimentary airport transfer per room reservation. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your included transfer. You must book your transfer with Seasons Tours at least 2 weeks before arrival. On the original email you received when you booked your room reservation, there is a direct link to book your transfer. If you cannot locate the email you can email Seasons Tours directly. You'll need to include:-Hotel name (Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres)-Name on the reservation-Reservation number-Your flight details (airline, flight number, arrival and departure dates and times)-# of guests in your groupEmail: transfers@seasonstours.com We’ll make sure to send all guests a reminder and more details the closer we get!

PASSPORTS

You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in for your stay.Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months after your travel dates. This means your passport cannot have an expiration date prior to January 30, 2026. If your passport does expire within six months post-travel, you must renew your passport. DO I HAVE TO STAY AT EXCELLENCE RESORT?Because the resort is highly secured, those who do not have room reservations are not allowed on the premises. There will also be plenty of daily activities and nightly entertainment for you at no extra charge! ARE CHILDREN WELCOME TO THE WEDDING?While we love your little ones, our resort is an adults-only property. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so that you can celebrate with us. CAN I BRING A GUEST? We would love to have more guests at our wedding but unfortunately we're limited due to the venue's capacity. Please refer to your invitation or RSVP form. You're welcome to travel with a friend to accompany you at the resort during your stay. Just a friendly reminder that they will not be able to attend the wedding events. Thank you for understanding. Please include any dietary restrictions you may have. WHAT IF I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?Let us know of any dietary restrictions through the RSVP form. We want to make sure you're taken care of! During check-in, the resort will ask if you have any dietary restrictions as well and tie this information to your room number. This is to make sure you have a comfortable stay! IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING? The dress code for our wedding is beach semi-formal.Please wear something fun and tropical! WHAT IS THE RESORT DRESS CODE?All restaurants at Excellence require a certain dress code. In short, men must wear shirts with sleeves or collars at every restaurant. Some restaurants require pants for men. Some restaurants do now allow casual sandals for either men nor women. Please pack accordingly to be able to enjoy every restaurant on the property. WHAT SHOULD I PACK?Your outfit for the wedding (Please see above), your outfit for the welcome event, swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, medicine, etc. Although the resort is all-inclusive, we recommend to bring $1 &amp; $5 USD bills to tip the staff you believe is doing an outstanding job. Tips are never expected but certainly appreciated. WHAT ACTIVITIES DOES THE RESORT OFFER?The resort offers many things to do. Please look at the THINGS TO DO tab at the top of our website. ANY OFFSITE EXCURSIONS?There are so many activities at the resort that are already included with your stay but if you wish to explore Cancun or the surrounding areas, please visit the THINGS TO DO tab at the top of our website to see popular excursions. IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR THE SPA?Yes, the same promo code you used to book your reservation gets you 10% off but you are also more than welcome to check their monthly Spa offer on the Excellence website right before your trip as many times they offer bigger discounts. WILL THE CEREMONY BE UNPLUGGED?YES! We ask that you please put your devices away for the ceremony as it will be professionally captured. Please remain "in the moment" with us. After the ceremony please take as many pictures as you want! Q & A

Seasons Tours is the in-house preferred vendor for excursions for Finest. They have a desk area on the first floor of the lobby at Finest that you can visit to set up any excursions while at the resort or you can email them ahead of time to set up any excursions.-The Playa Mujeres Golf Club is located next to our resort. You can arrange to play through the concierge desk or schedule to play before your arrival.&nbsp;-Visit Isla Mujeres, a small tropical island a boat ride away. You can take a nearby ferry to and from the island. This is a perfect half-day or full-day visit to their beautiful waters, beaches and restaurants. You can explore the island by bike, golf cart or by walking!-Tulum is a great day adventure and is located 2-3 hours south from the resort. Here you can find ruins, cenotes, nightlife and great restaurants!&nbsp;-Chichen Itza is one of the world's wonders of the world and is located 2-3 hours west of the resort. You can make a it a full day trip and visit cenotes near Chichen Itza.-Xcaret Park has many activities you can enjoy for a full day trip.
