Cocktail hour begins at 3:30, reception starts around 4:30, Dinner will be about 5, and we are done at 9!

The reception will be both! Beer & Wine will be free (until a specified limit). Cocktails will be cash the whole night.

We’re going for semi-formal, so ideally no jeans or shorts, but other than that whatever you’re comfortable with! The Ceremony is outside, and the Reception will be under a tent, so keep that in mind!

Since Steele Hill is a resort with a wide assortment of rooms spread across the property, there isn't really a place for a centralized "block" of rooms, but you will get a map with where all the events are! Also, they have a two night minimum stay, so if you're traveling a long way, consider Friday and Saturday? We will be having a "welcome dinner" Friday for anyone who can attend! There are also several other places nearby that you can stay at if you only want to stay Saturday.

If you are in the area Friday evening, from about 6pm- 9pm we will be at the "Carriage House" (see first page of Map link above) that is part of Steele Hill. This is in place of a traditional "rehearsal dinner", since we have so many people who are traveling a long way to be with us!

Sammy's side will be in gray, and Danielle's will be in a color that is called "Jade", but is more similar to a teal or aqua, not the green you might think of.

We aren't doing a traditional shower or really expecting much for gifts because we already have a lot of what we need for our house. However, since a lot of people have asked, we have made a list of a few things that might be nice to have, or if you'd like to give money towards our honeymoon or any of our house projects. There is no pressure, and for the most part, we aren't picky about brands or colors, so if you find, for example, a similar pan to what's on our list, you can totally feel free to get that instead.
