What is the dress code?
Formal-Black tie optional. Dress up with us for the night!
How will I get there?
We will be offering a shuttle service to and from the hotels listed for your convenience on our wedding day. We will have a detailed schedule for you in your invitation and can be found under the "Shuttle Schedule" tab. If there are any changes, our website will be updated accordingly.
What time should I be there for the ceremony?
Our pre ceremony cocktail time and arrival begins at 3:30 to grab your favorite drink and allow guests to slowly arrive. The last shuttle ride will get you there at approximately 4:15 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm with cocktail hour and reception to follow.
Please do not arrive prior to 3:30 pm.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There is extremely limited parking available at the venue for guests who choose to drive. Although we highly recommend taking the shuttle so you can enjoy the evening with us, if you would like to drive please just let the bride and groom know ahead of time in order to accommodate at the venue.
Will our wedding be indoor or outdoor?
Both! Our ceremony will be outside overlooking Keuka Lake while dinner and reception will be in a covered/indoor area. There is a rain plan, don't worry!
Can I bring my children?
We love your children with all of our hearts but due to limited space we cannot accommodate additional guests. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I bring a +1?
If not otherwise specified on your formal invitation, we ask you do not bring additional guests with you as we will not be able to accommodate.
Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
Yes! On your RSVP cards there will be a line to add any comments for your diet needs. Our chef takes her job very seriously and wants every guest able to enjoy their dinner with us. She will tailor your meal just for you. If you have any additional questions please reach out to the bride and groom.
Is the ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! Our venue, Crispin Hill, offers all of our wedding day events in one place.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We ask that phone usage is at a minimum during our ceremony and that phones are on silent mode. We want all of our closest family and friends to be fully present during one of the most important moment of our lives.
What is the best way to RSVP?
Please send them via mail. Within your formal invitation is a RSVP card with a stamped envelope that you will send back to us!
Is there other events to attend during your wedding weekend?
Our Welcome Party will be held for anyone in town the night before our wedding (10/17/25) from 7-10 pm for drinks, small appetizers and time with the bride & groom! This will be a cash bar event. We hope you stop by!
