Let's take a jump back to May of 2016. Danielle had been made Head of the Hair and Makeup department for SLHS's production of The Addams Family. Nick had joined for his first ever show and was playing the role of Uncle Fester. As many of you know Uncle Fester is a bald, scarily pale, and odd character. This meant that either Nick would have to swear off going outside and then sit for quite some time in the makeup chair applying a bald cap, or he could shave his head bald and still spend a lot of time in the makeup chair applying a shade of makeup known as "Porcelain" to his whole head, arms and the small bits of ankle that popped out of his robe. We went with the latter option. This meant that for two hours straight before each dress rehearsal and each show night, Danielle and Nick would be in a tiny 'makeup nook' which was a glorified closet with a light that was hotter than the sun. One thing lead to another and Danielle started to have a bit of a crush. Luckily, her dad was already on board because he loved Nick's acting.

Now after 9 years together, they are finally tying the knot! We are so excited for you to join us and support us in our future!
