SPECIAL REMARKS:
• We can guarantee one-day lodging during peak wedding season unless there is availability.
• You may lodge for more than one night if your wedding is on a weekday or on an off-season.
• EACH HOME IS ONLY LIMITED TO THE LISTED AMOUNT OF PEOPLE WHO CAN SLEEP
IN EACH HOME. Your deposit will be retained, if you exceed the guest limit.


Cooper House:
• 3 bedrooms: sleep 6 (1 king, 1 queen, 2 twin), 1 full bath, 1⁄2 bath
• Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, Lincoln library room, sunroom
• Mon-Thurs $500/night // Fri-Sun $600/night. Cleaning fee is $150


Wooden Farmhouse (Farmhouse #2):
• 3 bedrooms: Sleeps 6-7 (1 full bath, 1 king, 1 queen, 1 Bunk and futon)
• Fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, porch, sunroom
• Mon-Thurs $450/night // Fri-Sun $550/night. Cleaning fee is $150


Tiny Cottage:
• Single cottage: sleeps 2 (1 king) and 1 full bath Handicap accessible
• Small fully equipped kitchen, beautiful view of woodland and Chapel
• Mon-Thurs $200/night // Fri-Sun $250/night. Cleaning fee is $50


Off- Site Lodging: 0.4 Miles away / 4 Bedrooms


Historic House:
• 4 bedrooms: sleep 8 (2 king, 1 queen, 1 twin bunk) 3 full baths.
• One main kitchen and one small kitchen, dining room, gathering sunporch room,
gathering basement room, Groom and Bridal Prep room, laundry room, Sun porch
overlooking grass meadow and orchard.
• Mon-Thurs $950/night // Friday-Sun $1150/night. Cleaning fee is $275.
