Is there parking available near Telfair Square?
Parking is limited. We recommend parking at the Robinson Parking Garage, located just one block (or 0.1 miles) from the ceremony venue.
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our morning ceremony will be outdoors in Telfair Square, while the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the ceremony on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have reserved a room block at Aloft Savannah Downtown Historic District. Please book your stay by May 9, 2025 to guarantee a room in our block. Use the website link below or mention the Phillips wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

What should I do if I don't make it into the room block?
If you miss the deadline to reserve a room in our block, reach out to the hotel and mention our wedding anyway—they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block. If not, you can find additional nearby accommodations on our travel page.
Is there parking at the hotel?
Yes, valet parking is available, but we recommend parking at the Robinson Parking Garage, located just two blocks (or 0.2 miles) from the hotel. It’s a quick, convenient walk of about 4-5 minutes between the garage and the hotel.
What's the dress code for your wedding?
Our dress code is business casual.
Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?
We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
Am I allowed to bring my children?
We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under age 18 on our wedding day.
What type of food and drinks will be served at your wedding?
We'll be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages.

What's the wedding itinerary?
Our wedding will take place at Telfair Square on May 31, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 10:30AM sharp, followed by the reception, which will start at 12:00PM and is anticipated to wrap up around 3:30PM.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
Seating will be available one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 10:30AM. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space and find a seat.
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
A 60 minute break will take place between the ceremony and reception.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding and/or prewedding events?
We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony will take place 0.3 miles (approximately a 7 - 10 minute walk) from the hotel where we reserved our room block and where most guests will be staying. Our reception will take place 0.5 miles (approximately an 11 - 15 minute walk) from the ceremony venue. We encourage you to enjoy the short walks between the locations!
