RSVPs will open when formal invitations are mailed! To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on the envelope. Please RSVP as soon as possible. If you forget, I will send out a reminder. We know life happens and plans change. If for some reason you RSVP and you are not able to attend our wedding please update your RSVP. The last day to RSVP is January 18th, 2025. Any RSVPs received after 1-18-25 will be marked as a “no”. We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest counts to our venders in a timely manner. Due to this we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope you understand!

Short answer is no. We wish we had all the funds in the world to make this happen! Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. We want everyone to share in the celebration and this will ensure that we are surrounded by our close friends and family. Thank you for understanding, we appreciate your cooperation.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside at the Lake Olathe Amphitheater! There is a short walk from the ceremony location to the reception venue.

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:40 and 4:45 so there is time to mingle and find your seat. Once the procession begins, late guests will be asked to view the ceremony from a distance to avoid photo bombing any photographs.

The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please! However, we are requesting you avoid the first row on each side at the ceremony for our immediate family and honorary bridesmaids. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guest are sat with those they know. The closest seating at the reception will be reserved for our immediate family. Thank you for understanding!

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail/semi-formal attire in shades of Pink or Black. Our ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride- whites, creams, or ivories.

Yes! We are having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture all of the special moments at the ceremony, relax, be present and enjoy! The reception is a different story. In fact, we have a challenge for you!

Although we love your children, we want you to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!

Yes, we will have a bar at our wedding for any guest 21 years old and older. However, we DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. The venue will allow guest to park overnight and retrieve their car before noon the next day. Drink responsibly!
