Jim and I first crossed paths in the late 90's when Jim came into my place of work to book a trip he was going to take with his mom. I had interacted with him briefly but that was the extent of it. Fast forward many years later, when I took on a new job with our local Chamber of Commerce and Jim came over for a meeting. He noticed i liked NASCAR at the time and we struck up a conversation about racing and other interests we both had. At that time, life had us on different paths but that was the moment we began to build a friendship. Eventually after some time, the stars aligned and we decided to take our friendship to the next level and began dating. Jim was aware that if he decided to bring me into his life, he also had to bring in my daughter who was 5 at the time. Jim had never had any children but did not hesitate to slowly start the process of introducing himself to her, As year's past, he became one of the best "bonus dads" (soon to be step dad) ever!!

In November of 2022 while vacationing in Hawaii, Jim proposed at a beautiful rooftop restaurant at sunset overlooking the ocean. A moment we will never forget!

Here we are 19 years later, after sharing so much of our lives together, and now we are months away from our big day. We have grown together as a family and have been through the good and bad. We could not be more excited to share our BIG day with everyone we love!
