Some love stories begin with a fairytale moment or a grand gesture. Ours started with a showdown of truly epic (and likely questionable) dance moves in a dive bar. It was a late night back in July 2015 when Danielle, visiting from Maryland, walked into Farrells Sport Bar. Little did she know, she was about to lock eyes with JJ, and dance into her forever. The two quickly realized that despite the logistical challenges of a long-distance relationship, their shared passion for rhythm—or at least, their shared confidence in their dance floor abilities—was a sign from the universe. Their connection was undeniable, but the odds of a long-distance romance seemed slim. However, fate intervened in 2016 when Danielle moved back to New York, and that's when their love story truly began. Through 8+ years of adventures, laughter and an endless stream of unforgettable moments, they built a life together. Finally, on New Years Eve 2024, JJ got down on one knee and made it official. Now, as they prepare for their big day, they know that after all the planning, there are only two things that really matter: saying ‘I do’ and throwing the party of a lifetime with the people they love most. Thank you for being here, and being part of our story. We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!
