Shuttle Info:
There is a shuttle that will take you to and from the venue.
Pick-up to Venue: Starts 2:30 pm (comes every 30 minutes). Last pick up will be at 3:30pm. The shuttle can only accommodate 10 people per trip so please plan accordingly with alternate transportation to the venue if needed.


Pick-up back to Hotel: There will be 3 schedule pick-ups from the Venue to bring individuals back to the hotel. 9:30PM, 10:30 PM, 11:00 PM.


Holiday Inn Express is 1 hour 30 minutes from General Mitchell International Airport, and 25 minutes from Dane County Regional Airport.

Courtyard Madison West/Middleton is another Hotel within 15 minutes of the venue. We do not have a room block at this location nor is there shuttle service to and from the venue.
