We suggest you arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony by 4:45 pm.

It is semi-formal / business casual attire, for ladies dresses, skirts, or dress pants and for guys polo shirts, dress shirts, dark jeans or slacks.

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors but the reception will take place under a covered patio. There will be outside heaters if needed. If extreme weather we will move the reception indoors.

3:30 pm - portraits with wedding party 5:00 pm - ceremony begins 5:30 pm- cocktail hour (CASH BAR) 6:15 pm- wedding party, bride and groom enter reception 6:30 pm- dinner 7:00 pm- cake 7:15 pm- speeches 7:30 pm- first dance & family dance 7:45 pm - party time 11:30 pm - reception ends

The venue offers a large Free parking area.

We are booked at the Hampton Lincoln Airport and unfortunately they do not do wedding blocks but will give you a discount if you mention Kluver wedding. If you plan on staying it is best to call and book a room sooner then later. Your card will not be charged until day of check in. Go to the travel tab for more information.
