For guests who will not be staying the night at Forest House Lodge with us, there is a Miners Camp with lodging across the street. There are also other hotels down the street!

Check in at Forest House Lodge will begin at 2:00pm on September 24th, 2026 Checkout will begin at 11am on September 25th, 2026

No… unfortunately this is an old building and does not have an elevator. You are able to access the lobby level and lower level with their ramps. The only level you wouldnt be able to get to is the room level… However, across the street at Miners Camp, they have 2 ADA cabins available for people who cannot make it up the stairs at Forest House Lodge.

We’ve gotten this question a thousand times! Mostly, we wanted to make sure that Glenn’s family could be more involved. Because Glenn is from Reno, Nevada and has lived in California as well, it made more sense to bring the party out there. However, Danielle was also determined to find a venue that didn’t stop the party at 10pm and wanted to get married somewhere that has a view of the mountains. So Foresthill, CA offered the best of both worlds!! You’re going to absolutely love Forest House Lodge!
