Q + A

What should I wear?

Nha Trang is located in the southern region of central Vietnam's coastal region and enjoys warm weather almost all year round. March is a perfect time to travel to Vietnam. Expect Warm, dry, and sunny weather. It is a coastal region and has access to the beautiful Nha Trang Bay. With miles of beach, and pools at the resort, pack plenty of bathing suits and clothing for hot weather. To be on the safe side it's always a great idea to pack a nice sweater or something with sleaves for the nights when the temperature drops a little and the breeze from the water picks up. The wedding ceremony itself is formal and we would like the guests to wear beach formal attire. The ceremony itself is bayside, not beachside, so please make sure to wear shoes, you will not be in the sand during the ceremony.

What is the transportation situation?

Please see the travel tab for information related to booking flights.

What city will I be flying into?

Most flights from the US will most likely be flying into Ho Chi Minh City with a transfer to Nha Trang. Again, please go to the travel tab regarding travel questions.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love the kids, our wedding will be an adults only event. We know it is a vacation for everyone, but we will not be able to accommodate children at the ceremony and reception. We want this to be a great trip for all of our guests, so we request your understanding and ask that you make childcare arrangements ahead of time.

Can I have a plus one?

We are allowing our guests a plus one. We ask that when you complete the form with your contact information you include your guests name as well so that we can have accurate count. *Remember weddings are per person.*

Do I need a visa and passport to travel to Vietnam?

Yes. You will need a passport and visa. Please start the application process for your passport as soon as possible if you do not have one already. If you do have one, please make sure it is valid for at least six months past your planned date of entry into Vietnam. If it is not, renew right away. As for visas, please see the travel tab for the link that will direct you answers about visa questions. Don't worry, Vietnam's visa process is not as bad as you may think.
