If you’re planning to make a long weekend out of our wedding, we highly recommend spending some time in Ocean City—one of our favorite places! We love relaxing at the beach, strolling the boardwalk, mini golfing, shopping along Asbury Avenue, and grabbing breakfast at some of our go-to spots.

There are plenty of great restaurants near our room blocks, and we wanted to share a few of our favorites:

Beach Buns Bakery (Northfield)
One of our favorite coffee spots, conveniently located halfway between the hotels and the venue. We’ve recently fallen in love with their coffee and sticky buns!

Holiday Coffee (Ocean City)
A cheerful spot in the heart of OC with great coffee and seasonal drinks. Stop by to see our friends and try their Fluff on the Beach, the perfect beach-day treat.

Ventura’s Offshore Café (Northfield)
A great option for larger groups, with a big menu that offers something for everyone.

Sunday Gravy (Linwood)
A cozy, delicious Italian restaurant that’s also BYOB.

Mexiquila (Somers Point)
A mix of entrees and tapas-style Mexican food in a fun, lively atmosphere.

Sofia’s (Margate)
Mediterranean cuisine with a stylish interior and a great vibe.

Betty’s Seafood Shack (Margate)
One of our favorite hidden gems! A super casual, mostly outdoor spot right on the water with fresh, local seafood.

Smitty’s Clam Bar (Somers Point)
A local institution for fresh, reasonably priced seafood. It’s cash only and BYOB—ask for an ice bucket and some cups in the parking lot, crack open a drink, and enjoy the bay view while you wait for your table.

Tideline (Margate)
A relaxed, upscale spot overlooking the bay, perfect for a sunset dinner or sipping cocktails with a view. The menu features fresh seafood, steaks, and seasonal specials, all in a polished yet laid-back setting.

We’re big fans of checking out local breweries when we’re around! Here are some of our favorite spots:

Somers Point Brewing Company — Super chill vibe with tasty rotating beers. Plus, you can bring your own snacks!
Cape May Brewing Company — Great beer garden and awesome IPAs. Perfect for hanging out with friends.
Slack Tide Brewing Company — Friendly, laid-back spot with lots of cool brews to try.
Whale Tale Brewing Company — Relaxed coastal vibes and some of the best radlers around.

Our venue is about 20 minutes from Atlantic City. We recommend checking out some of the casinos if you're into that- our favorites are Oceans Resort and Borgata.
