Friday, Sept. 20th, the Balloon Glow will be taking place in Forest Park. Saturday, Sept. 21st is the balloon race and the scheduled time for the pre-launch festivities is 1pm. Our Ceremony starts at 1:30pm & guests are expected to arrive around 1pm.
