Spring time formal or semi-formal. Colors encouraged, but not required. The ceremony will be outside so dress accordingly. Please no white or beige! We have a special shirt for you to wear if you decide to disregard this rule :)

This is an adult only party. Unless specified on your RSVP we kindly ask you to leave all kids at home.

Unless specified on your invitation we are not inviting plus ones due to venue space.

There is a large parking lot in front of the resort. You are able to park overnight.

Once you park head to the hotel entrance. The trolley will pick you up there and bring you to the ceremony at The Pointe. LAST TROLLEY LEAVES AT 2:55PM. They will bring you back for the reception in the tent.

If it is only sprinkling or lightly raining we will have the ceremony outside as planned. If it looks like its going to rain, please dress accordingly and bring an umbrella if you can. We will only have a limited supply available.

If you wish to spend the night check our "travel" tab for a link to our hotel block at Chestnut Mountain Hotel and Resort. Our ceremony and reception will be held here. If you wish to stay somewhere else transportation will not be provided.

Obviously. Select beer and wine will be provided free of charge all night. Any liquor will be cash bar only. Our signature drinks will be free during cocktail hour and then can be purchased afterwards.

Please no photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture the moment. Afterwards - YES! Feel free to take all the photos you want at the reception and add them to our site using the QR code at your table
