When and where is the wedding?
Our wedding will take place on December 6, 2025, at Birch Hill Catering (1 Celebration Way, Castleton-On-Hudson, NY 12033) in the Conservatory Ballroom. The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, followed by the reception.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to allow time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask guests to dress elegantly for the occasion. Men may wear suits or dress shirts with dress pants (tuxedos welcome but not required), and women may wear cocktail or floor-length dresses. Please avoid jeans, sneakers, or casual wear. We also ask that guests refrain from wearing white or shades of blue, as our bridal party will be dressed in these colors.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors in the beautiful Conservatory Ballroom.

Can I bring children or additional guests?
Your invitation will specifically list who is invited. If your name is on the invitation, we would love to have you celebrate with us! We kindly ask that only those named attend.

When do I need to RSVP?
Please RSVP by November 1st to ensure we have the final headcount for the plated meal and to confirm who will be attending the event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
When is the bridal shower, and who is invited?
The bridal shower will be held on August 16th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Rip Van Winkle Country Club (3200 Rte 23A, Palenville, NY 12463). This is a female-only event, and all women invited to the wedding are also invited to the bridal shower. Formal invitations will be sent out for this event. What should I do if I can't attend the wedding?
We understand if you can’t make it, but we’ll miss you! Please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust our plans accordingly.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We kindly request that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony so we can have our photographer capture the special moments. Feel free to take photos during the reception!
Will there be a place to leave cards and gifts?
Yes! There will be a designated area at the venue for guests to safely leave their cards and gifts. We will have a wedding gift card box with a slot on top for cards, and a table for physical gifts. As we are saving for a home, your generosity means the world to us, and we are so very appreciative. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
Can I take the centerpieces off the tables?
These centerpieces are incredibly special to us. The bride has put a lot of thought into them, and they are keepsakes from our wedding night that we will treasure forever. Additionally, Karen Fiducia, the mother of the groom, lovingly created the cross-stitch table numbers, which are deeply meaningful to both of us. We kindly ask that nothing be removed from the tables, as these items hold a lot of sentimental value. Your understanding and respect for this request means the world to us—thank you so much!
What will the bridal party be wearing?
The bridal party will be wearing something blue, and the bride will be in white. To avoid any confusion, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing both white and shades of blue, as these colors are reserved for the bride and bridal party. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
Will there be a wedding favor?
Yes! We will have a small token of appreciation for each guest as a wedding favor. We hope you enjoy it as a memento of our special day.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport using one of the recommended taxi services in the area. The drive from the airport to the venue is about 20-30 minutes.

Yes, there are several hotels nearby for guests who wish to stay overnight.
