Are kids invited?
Although we adore your little ones, this will be an adult-only event with the exception of our ring-bearer and flower girl who will attend the ceremony. We hope that you can arrange childcare in advance and enjoy a night out!
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
The ceremony will take place within the 'Bridge' area of the Delta Hotel. This is located on the hotel main floor, just left of the elevators. The reception is located within the Delta 'Harborview' ballroom, located at the far end of the 'Bridge' area. Please see below map for reference.
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony is scheduled for 5:00pm. We kindly request that you arrive 15-20 minutes beforehand to allow time to park and find your seat.
What time is the dinner & reception?
Dinner will take place almost directly after the ceremony is complete. There will be approximately half hour required to transfer chairs from the ceremony area to the reception room. In this time guests are welcome to mingle and grab a drink at the bar located within the main hotel lobby. The dinner will start at 6:30pm with a dance to follow!
