Our ceremony will start right at 5 p.m., so we're asking guests to arrive between 4:30-4:45 so you have plenty of time to find seats and get settled. Anyone who arrives after the ceremony starts won’t be able to enter the venue until after the ceremony ends.

Both our ceremony and reception will be inside, and our venue has heat and air conditioning!

We ask that guests wear semiformal attire. It’ll likely still be warm on the wedding day but it’s always a good idea to bring a layer or two for the evening in case it gets cooler! We've had a few people ask what the bridal party are wearing so they don't match them. We don't care at all if you do end up matching but if you want to avoid it: our bridesmaids are wearing black dresses and groomsmen will be in grey suits :)

The venue has a 20 car parking lot for those who are planning on driving as well as surrounding street parking. For those who are coming from out of town, however, we highly recommend taking advantage of public transportation (during the day, we wouldn't recommend taking public transit after the reception because it's a bit less reliable after peak times) or Uber/Lyft services. If you are planning on drinking at all, we ask that you please arrange to use Uber or Lyft. We want everyone to make it back to their homes or hotels safe!!

We will have passed appetizers during the cocktail hour, a plated dinner, and an assortment of desserts! We'll also have an open bar with both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.

Whoever is listed on your invitation is who we've made space for. If a plus one is listed on your invitation, absolutely bring one! If not, unfortunately you won't be able to bring a guest. This also applies to children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, we unfortunately won't have space for them. Yes. We have reserved blocks at two hotels (one in central downtown and one in the West Loop closer to our venue). We also received a 10% off discount code at another hotel in the West Loop, though booking here is dependent on hotel availability. Since we've lived together for so long, we have a lot of home essentials already. Gifts are absolutely not necessary (you coming to celebrate with us is a gift in itself!), but if you would like to give us a gift we have added a few nice to have items to our registry, or we would greatly appreciate any contributions to our fund for our honeymoon in Cancun!

Danielle has made the decision to keep her maiden name (McNary) after she marries Jake. If you're thinking of getting us something engraved/personalized as a gift at any point before or after the wedding, you can refer to us as the McNary-Morans or just include our wedding date or something else significant :)
