IS THERE A SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE?

Yes! We have a round trip shuttle on Saturday, 8/23. Departing from Hyatt Place Moab (890 N Main St Moab, UT) at 3:45pm. Please be on time!! Departing from Venue to drop off back at Hyatt Place Moab: Timing for departure from the venue will be staggered at 10:30pm, 11:00pm and 11:30pm. The shuttles will leave once they are full.

Is there parking on site at the Venue?

Yes! You can drive yourself to and from the Venue on Saturday for the wedding. There is parking near the Pavilion where the reception will take place. Please note that it is a 35-45 minute drive from Moab to the venue. Let Danielle or Adam know if you are planning on driving yourself so we can have an accurate head count for the shuttles as well as provide you a map of where to park.

Where should we stay?

We have a hotel block at the Hyatt place in Moab. Please see the 'Travel' tab for our specific room booking link to book with the discounted rate. You are also welcome to camp nearby the venue or stay in an Airbnb in town.

What will the weather be like at the venue?

Our wedding venue is in the La Sal Mountain Range and sits at 7,950ft. Therefore, it may get chilly at night, so please be prepared. Anticipate high of 80s and low of 60s for our wedding weekend. Chance of thunderstorms?

Can I bring a date?

Plus ones will be specified on your invitation or when you RSVP online.

Are children invited to the wedding?

While we love all your little ones, please only bring them if specified on your invitation. If it has been addressed to you "and family," your children are welcome to attend. Thank you for understanding!

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, the owner of the property does not allow any pets onsite aside from pets of the couple. Please leave your pets at home. Thank you for understanding!
