Located adjacent to East Wind Long Island, The Shoppes Grand Carousel is the focal point of this one-stop shopping destination. The carousel is handicap accessible with a unique variety of animals for all to enjoy! It includes twelve galloping horses, a hungry cat, a radiant zebra, a prancing reindeer, a stately rooster, a cheerful bunny, and a majestic dragon. As well as, a chariot with enough seating for the whole family. All eighteen animals are jumpers. The twelve horses are “Country Fair” style, with vibrant colors and jewels. The carousel was built in 1993 by Chance Rides Inc. located in Wichita, Kansas. Its most recent home was in the Parmatown Mall in Parma, Ohio. In 2016, the carousel found its new home at the Shoppes at East Wind, located in Wading River, NY. ATM and Token Machine with token can found at the Carousel. $5/ride token or 5 tokens for $20. Riding the carousel is a memorable experience for all. Makes for an Instagram worthy photo op!
