The dress code is formal wedding attire. Please avoid wearing white dresses. Don't forget to bring your dancing shoes!

Claremont during the month of October is warm during the day in the high 70s and low 80s. However, in the evening temperature will drop to the low 60s. We recommend bringing a jacket.

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive at 5pm before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time.

There are multiple parking lots on the property with a parking attendant onsite. There is free parking for wedding guests.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding RSVP.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held on the Padua Hills Theater property. The ceremony will take place in the outdoor patio area overlooking the San Gabriel mountains. The reception will be held indoors in the Padua Hills Ballroom.

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head to the lobby area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages during cocktail hour. Guests are free to explore the Padua Hills property during this time.

After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light-passed hors d’oeuvres accompanied by a one-hour open bar serving beer and wine. Mixed drinks can be purchase by guests at their own accord.
