One of our top 3 beaches in the state of Florida, only 30 minutes from the wedding venue! This beach is at the top of our list for the soft white sand that you don't really get anywhere else stateside, the other two would include Destin, and Boca Raton. Both of those beaches are 3 hours plus trip, so if you're up for the road trip, you'll love it!
For all you foodies out there, ^^^ this is all capitalized ;)
If you're down for a good deli sandwich, you'll have to try Palm Ave's. Good place if you're downtown Sarasota and only a walking distance from Bayfront Park.
If you're feeling fishy, this would be your stop.
For some good bar/pub food, you'll be missing out if you don't try Shakespeare's.
Good food spot to stop at while in Tampa bay.
Another good Tampa food spot.
An Arnold Palmer designed golf course open to the public within Lakewood Ranch.
If you're down to clown and sea some sea cows then come and take a quick yak to the groves in Sarasota Florida.
For all you adrenaline junkies out there, yes this is a massive wall ride, and yes that is me getting steezy with it. Only an hour away from the venue, but well worth it, and yes I can uber ;)
For those flying into Tampa, don't hesitate to book a hotel near the Tampa Bay area and go enjoy the roller coasters. Us rebels would ditch class in college to enjoy the day here, and boy was it a blast. Sorry mom :)
Tampa's water park for those that like the amusement, you'll have to check this one out.
ha ha ha, it's a giraffe. Couldn't pass it up for you SpongeBob memers. Another Tampa favorite though, and for those that would like to see my other family members, the long neck giraffes, don't hesitate to see this beautiful zoo.
For those history buffs, or those buffs that want to size up their guns to this cannon, Ft. De Soto is a nice tourist destination for family and friends.
If you appreciate art and would like to also visit St. Pete, here is Danielle and I's first "date" location, and the area where we got engaged. This is right next to the famous Dali Museum as well for those that might want to check that out as well. This is also a good place to see St. Pete pier.
If you're wanting to see a little bit of Tampa, then check out Bayshore Boulevard, the famous area for the Gasparilla Pirates Parade, or just a good time to spend with family on a walk.
For all the degen's, here's your vice for the weekend.
