We request you wear dressy casual attire. Our venue is outdoors on grass so please dress accordingly. We will be wearing our cowboy boots and you are welcome to as well. We want you to enjoy yourself and be comfortable! Women please refrain from jeans and any white or cream colored clothing.

Unfortunately we have very limited space for our venue and cannot invite everyone. If your kids are on your invitation they are welcome. We will have a table with things for them to do throughout the night. There will not be a caretaker on site and there is a dried up seasonal stream that goes through the property near the reception area that kids should be monitored near. Parents, please note that you are solely responsible for your kids.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. We recommend guest arrive by 3:30pm to ensure ample time to park and find your seat.

We will have a licensed bartender at the wedding. Please note that the venue is not in a big city so Ubers and taxi’s are not readily available. Drink responsibly and plan a safe way to get home.

We love that you are as excited to take pictures to remember the day as much as we are! Our ceremony will be unplugged with no phones. We are paying for professional photos and will be happy to share those with you after the wedding. Once the ceremony is over please snap as many photos as you would like and share them with us!

There is free parking on site. It is a short walk from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception area. If you require assistance please reach out to us and we can arrange for closer parking or a shuttle as needed.

You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Please RSVP no latter than March 3rd! It’s very important that we get an accurate count to our caterer as soon as possible. You may RSVP by mailing back your RSVP card, letting the bride know or using this website.
