James invited Danielle to start chatting on Hinge and she hasn't stopped chatting since. They talked about wanting to move to North Carolina with a house and yard big enough for five dogs! On March 19, 2021, they went on their first date to Yard House in Fenway.

For their third date, James got tickets to a Bruins game. It was one of the first games after Covid and they had the whole row to themselves! Afterwards, they spent the entire night playing board games and watching Family Guy. (They both admit to deleting the Hinge app after this date)

Danielle and James said "I love you" for the first time at the top of Landsdowne Street, across the street from where they had their first date.

After a long year of James driving back and forth to Danielle's apartment, they finally moved in together! Louie and Bruin weren't thrilled at first but finally accepted that they were going to be brothers.

FINALLY! Three years after their first date at Yard House and saying "I love you" on Landsdowne, it was only fitting that James chose to propose at a hotel overlooking Fenway.
