The ceremony will be held outside at the open gazebo while the rest of the event will take place between the outdoor covered pavilion and inside the grand hall. Please dress comfortably for the season. In case of rain, we will move the ceremony to the covered pavilion.

We kindly request our guests to dress in semi-formal attire. For men, this means wearing a suit or blazer paired with dress pants. A tie is encouraged but not required. For women, a knee or midi-length dress, suit, jumpsuit, or two-piece ensemble would be perfect. Please avoid wearing white!

We invite you to fully enjoy this special moment with us and kindly ask that you keep your cell phones and cameras away during the ceremony. Our talented photographers will capture every detail, and we’ll share those photos with you afterward.

After the ceremony, feel free to take your own photos to capture the joy of our day!

We would be thrilled if you chose to bring your whole family to our wedding celebration! Just a quick note: we will be serving alcoholic drinks, so please keep an eye on the little ones. When you RSVP, kindly let us know how many children you’ll be bringing so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Dinner will be served buffet-style, featuring delicious chicken, brisket, jalapeño sausage, green beans, mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy catered from Red River BBQ.

For dessert, we’ll have cake. We hope you enjoy the menu we’ve put together!

In addition to water, punch, coffee, and unsweetened tea, we’re excited to offer wine, beer, and margaritas at our wedding. We’re still finalizing the specific selections, but you can definitely look forward to enjoying drinks on us!

You can take advantage of free parking at the private lot situated across from the venue, as shown on the map below. Additionally, there’s parking available right in front of the brick building.

If you plan to leave your car overnight, rest assured it won’t be towed. We simply ask guests to park in the designated lot instead of directly in front of the venue.
