Erick and Danielle first met playing volleyball in 2014. Erick was brought on the team by his friend Nino. Danielle did not pay Erick much attention as he attempted to flirt. They remained friends and were there for each other while they both were recovering from surgeries in July 2020. After finally realizing that their feelings were stronger than friendship, they began dating. Their first date was September 2, 2020 at the Connecticut Valley Brewing Company where they enjoyed a cold beer while sharing a bratwurst and schnitzel. During COVID they enjoyed camping, hiking, kayaking, golfing, riding motorcycles, visiting wineries and breweries, playing volleyball, and vacationing in North Conway, Aruba, and Florida. They made the big move buying a house in Clover, SC in June 2022 and are enjoying the warm Southern weather as well as the hospitality with their beautiful dog, Willow.

Dani & Erick wanted to start their next chapter and celebrated their marriage vows in the Hot Springs mountains on October 14, 2023. They are now expecting a baby in July 2024!
