The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 pm. We recommend you aim to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and take your seat.

A tuxedo isn't required, but can still be worn. For women examples include dresses, full length or a dressy pant-suit. Please advise, wearing white, creams or champagne dresses isn't encouraged for this event as those colors are traditionally reserved for the bride.

The ceremony will take place outdoors while the cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors. This wedding does take place on an October evening, so you may opt to bring a small sweater for the outdoor ceremony.

Pictures are encouraged for all times throughout the night except for during the ceremony. Please refrain from taking photos or blocking the photographer for that portion of the evening. As soon as the couple gets to smooch as husband and wife feel free to whip out those cameras to capture the rest of those moments with us.

YES! Beer, wine, premium liquor, and non- alcoholic beverages are on us! Please be sure to tip your bartenders! If you are not staying overnight in the attached hotel, please plan accordingly and have a way to get home safely.

If you have food allergies, please inform the bride/groom before the RSVP date. This will ensure the venue is aware of your restrictions and can adjust accordingly to make sure you are able to enjoy the night worry free.

While we would love too have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those named on your invitation/RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

YES! The sterling ballroom is located in DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Tinton Falls-Eatontown. When available as indicated on the invitations there will be a hotel room block to book a room in at a discounted rate. There are also nearby hotels for your convenience but those will not be a part of the room block for this event.

We kindly request you RSVP by August 25, 2025. If you do not RSVP by this date unfortunately you will be marked as not coming as we need to provide our venue and vendors an exact number by a certain date.

This is an adult only event unless otherwise listed on your invitation! We hope you understand.
