Please try to arrive no later than 12:15 PM as the ceremony starts promptly at 12:30 PM. Guess who arrive at 12:30 PM or later will be asked to wait outside until the ceremony is over.

Although our wedding is taking place on Halloween, we ask that you please do not wear a costume. However, if you are attending the after party, you are more than welcome to come in a costume!

We ask that you please make sure to silence your cell phone and put it away before the ceremony begins as we are having an unplugged ceremony!!!!

Due to the limited capacity at our venue, we are unable to accommodate any plus ones unless you receive a “plus one card” with your wedding invite!

While we love all our family and little ones, we will only be having children from the bridal party directly attend our wedding! Enjoy a parents night out!!

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outside!!! After the ceremony, cocktail hour will be located both inside and outside! The Reception will take place inside, but guest can definitely go outside if they would like too as well!

We ask that you please try to RSVP as soon as possible! However, we ask that the latest you let us know is September 19!!

Please notify the bride or groom if there are any dietary restrictions or allergies! However, as the bride is a pescatarian, and the groom is a hunter; we can promise there will be many options for people!

Blocked rooms are available for booking at the: Courtyard Westbury Long Island, New York located at 1800 Privado Road, Westbury, New York 11590, United States. You must book your room by September 30!

The earliest you can check in is October 30 at 4 PM and you can check out as late as November 1!
