The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire (think dresses, suit/tie… no jeans please).
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
We hope to hold the ceremony outdoors if weather permits. Please plan to bring a jacket as it may be chilly this time of the year. Cocktail hour and reception will both take place indoors.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests, unless otherwise named on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
Can I bring my kids?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration aside from the children apart of the wedding. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.
Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?
We ask that that you refrain from using any devices during the ceremony. We want you to relax and be fully present with us. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment, and we'll make sure you see those photos as soon as we do!
Will there be vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free options for dinner?
We can accommodate this if requested! Please indicate your dietary restrictions in your RSVP. The dinner option will likely include a pasta primavera dish with marinara sauce and vegetables.
Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding?
There will be shuttles providing transportation to and from the Holiday Inn Express both before and after the event.
Shuttles arrive to the Holiday Inn at 2pm, departing by 2:15pm to Poplar Springs Manor. The shuttles return to the Holiday Inn departing from Poplar Springs by 9:15pm.
Is there parking available at the wedding venue?
There is ample on-site parking available to all of our guests.
Have you booked hotel rooms for guests?
We have hotel room blocks available on a first come first serve basis. The hotel is located 8.9 miles (15 minutes) from the venue. Please see the "travel" tab for more details.
Will there be an after party?
There will be an after party held at the Inn on the property where Tyler & Danielle will be staying following the wedding. This is directly next door to the wedding venue. Everyone is welcome to join us!
***Please note- transportation will not be provided home from the after party, but there are uber/taxi options available.
