How We Met

Danielle and Kyle met thanks to their wonderful group of mututal friends. One day their friends suspected chemistry was afoot. To confirm their suspicions they conspired to have Danielle and Kyle ride in the same car together on the way to the Chicago Auto Show. The rest, as they say is history.

The Proposal

After 5 years of dating, Danielle strongly implied it was time to put a ring on it. After designing a beautiful one of a kind rose-gold engagement ring, Kyle brought it with him to South Carolina over Christmas. Kyle knew how much Danielle loved the ocean and had hatched a plan. The day after Christmas, the lovely couple and Kyle's parents went to Kiawah Island beach. As Kyle got down on one knee to propose, Kyle's boomer Dad, Skip took several zoomed in grainy pictures of two blobs in what appears to be a loving embrace instead of a video that everyone could enjoy for years. Danielle said yes!
