When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP online by 9/15/24. If you do not RSVP by this date, then we will mark you as 'not coming'.
When to arrive the day of the wedding?
Please arrive by 3:20 PM to allow time to be parked and seated prior to the ceremony at 4 PM!
Is there a dress code?
We would prefer for everyone to wear something that is comfortable for an outdoor venue in November. We recommend semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please no shorts or jeans.
If you are struggling with what to wear, please use the guides below.

Is parking available?
Yes, there will be parking available for everyone. We will also have a golf cart shuttle that can help escort guests from the parking lot to the ceremony space if needed.
Can I bring a plus-one?
Given our venue & budget, only those who have received a plus-one on their wedding invitation/RSVP may bring a guest.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, kids are welcome if included on the wedding invitation/RSVP. We will not be providing any childcare services during the ceremony or reception. There will be farm animals present and alcohol service; therefore, please plan accordingly.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The venue will provide transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony space via golf cart. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour space are located on a grassy yard; therefore, it may be difficult to navigate. The reception space is paved. Guests should not have to go up or down stairs.
Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to venue?
Unfortunately, given budget constraints, there will not be a shuttle service available. It is a ~30-40 minute drive from nearby hotels (VA Crossing, Tru, Hampton Inn) so please plan accordingly. We do NOT recommend relying on Uber or Lyft at the end of the reception as the location is rural and those services are not reliable. It would be recommended to schedule transportation ahead of time if needed. You may leave your vehicle at the venue overnight but it must be removed from the property the following day by 12 PM.
Can I take photos at the wedding?
We will have an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you do not take photos during the ceremony. Everything after the "I dos" is fair game though!

Do I need to bring a gift?
No, your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to our home at 8107 Rasper Ct. North Chesterfield, VA 23235. A wedding card box will be at our reception.
Is there a plan B for rain?
Yes, we will move everything to be in the covered pavilion if rain should occur. If it does rain, please plan attire/footwear accordingly as you may have to walk on wet grass.
What should we do Friday night?
The rehearsal dinner is for close friends and family only. If you happen to come into town the night before, these are some of our favorite restaurants that we recommend grabbing dinner at:
1. Blue Atlas (recommend a reservation, food from around the world, small plates)
2. Edo's Squid (excellent Italian, small space, not wheelchair accessible)
3. Stanley's (great Philly cheese steaks, affordable, may have to wait for a table)
4. The Roosevelt (high-class Southern food, great cocktails)
5. ZZQ (great BBQ, usually they serve what they cook until it's gone so best to go late afternoon/early evening)
Will there be any events on Sunday?
We are not hosting any post-wedding celebration events. We would rather have everyone sleep in and plan their day according to their own travel schedules. We do recommend grabbing donuts at Sugar Shack or lunch at Perly's before heading out though!
