Some say we are like two peas in a pod, I say we are like two crazy people in the same t-shirt.  Nicole and I have been terrorizing the masses (Massachusetts, specifically) since we joined the same dance studio when we were 3 or something.  She's been by my side ever since, through thick and thin, and it is only right and proper that she stands by my side on the big day.

Val is the only woman I know that can rock a mustache as well as me.  We met at orientation at Northeastern when I invited her to sit with our group (Val--I control the website, I get to tell the story) and the rest is history.  From bagel trips to Andyman in her yellow Volkswagen Beetle to feeding gators in New Orleans, we've had some amazing adventures and I know there are so many more to come.

Got stuck with her when our parents decided they liked each other.  0/10.  Would not recommend.  Would give negative stars but have some mild respect because she is so good at roasting me with Christmas presents.  Still checking on return policy.

Married my brother.  Pretty sure she has Stockholm Syndrome, someone should probably check on her.  For what she lacks in judgment in men, she more than makes up for it in being the voice of reason and bringer of mimosas.

As the oldest and more mature twin, Edel has welcomed me into the Quinn family from day 1.  She has kept me from being the obvious American, showed me the beautiful Reenagross Park, let me borrow from her extensive wardrobe, and been my boots on the ground planning a wedding from across the ocean.  Frankly, as far as I'm concerned, this hero should have an entire page on here dedicated to her, I just haven't figured out how to do that yet.

Lindsay and I have been bringing the awkward since '16 and there is plenty more to go around.  We were a couple of curly headed cuties sharing a townhouse in Allston and getting by in law school.  Now we both live our lawyer lives in the Big Apple but still like to get together and showcase our luscious locks.

Travel FAQs for Guests in Kerry for the First Time

Kerry is the county in the south west of Ireland where you'll find Kenmare (Donal's home town and the wedding location) and Killarney (the wedding reception location). We suggest that guests stay in Killarney the night of the wedding and in Kenmare before and after the wedding. It's roughly a 30 minute drive from Killarney to Kenmare.

Getting to Kerry

Q. Which airport is the best if coming from the US?A. Shannon is the closest airport that has direct flights to the US. There is sometimes an option to connect through London to Kerry Airport. Q. How do I get from Shannon Airport to Kenmare?A. Renting a car from the airport is by far the most efficient option. Be sure to specify an automatic transmission when you book your rental, they tend to be slightly more expensive than a stick. Also, it is best practice to take a video of your car before you leave, noting any scratches or damage. Some less scrupulous rental companies have been known to overcharge for any small ding or scratch. Remember, they drive ON THE LEFT in Ireland. For those of you that don't drive and can't bum a ride from someone who does, check rome2rio.com for details regarding buses/trains.

Getting Around in Kerry

Q. Is there Uber/Lyft in Killarney or Kenmare?A. No. Your hotel will be able to call you a cab if you need one. If you book a B&amp;B or AirBnB, ask your host if they have contact details for a cab driver. Q. How do cabs work in town?A. Generally, you'll arrange to have a cab meet you. In smaller towns, you're unlikely to hail one on the street. Not all cabs take cards, again, you're in a small town. It's normal to sit in the front seat but not necessary. No need to tip (although, of course, it is a nice gesture).

Once You're In Kerry

Q. Will my credit/debit cards work in Ireland?A. Yes, although you may have a difficult time with Amex and virtually nowhere accepts Discover. Visa is king. Generally, most places accept cards, many bars and restaurants use contactless. Before you leave, check to see if your card charges foreign transaction fees and if you are required to set a travel notice. Q. What's the best way to get cash?A. NOT at a kiosk at the airport--the fees are ridiculous and unnecessary. You can order Euros in advance at your bank, your bank may charge you a fee. If you have a debit card that doesn't charge foreign transaction fees (or has minimal fees), we recommend taking out cash at ATMs so you don't take out much more than you need (and end up stuck with Euros on your flight home). Q. Will my phone work?A. Most companies now offer some type of travel plan, allowing you to pay a daily fee for some sort of allotment of minutes and data. If you are only doing a short trip, this is probably the most convenient (although not cheapest) option. However, if you're cheap like Danielle and don't want to give Verizon a bunch of money, or are planning a longer trip, we recommend stopping into a phone shop to get a SIM card. Vodafone, 3, Orange and others charge 20 to 30 euro for a pre-paid SIM with unlimited data that will last for a month. You basically get an Irish phone number while you're in the country. It is absolutely the most cost effective option. There are Vodafone and 3 stores in Killarney, just make sure you bring your passport. (If you're worried about getting from Shannon to Killarney before you get a SIM card, you can download off-line maps to give you directions). Q. What adapters will I need?A. The UK and Ireland use Type G adapters. Amazon has many options, most of which will allow you to plug in normal plugs and USBs, as needed.

Regular rooms at this hotel are fully booked during the time leading up to the wedding, however they do still have self catering units available during this time which are an ideal option for groups and families (4+ people).
